SCADpro × Deloitte Government & Public Services · 2025 · under NDA
Government services, designed for older adults.
I led an 18-person SCADpro team from research with seniors to three proof-of-concepts, pitched to Deloitte's Government & Public Services leaders.

What I did as UX Lead
I owned the UX direction for an eighteen-person team, from the first research to the final pitch.
Five countries, eight majors. I kept the team aligned on which barriers we were solving, from first research to final pitch.
Heuristic audits and jobs-to-be-done, so every redesign started from what seniors need to get done.
Eight senior-focused design principles that the whole team checked its work against.
Registration and benefit issuance flows across three federal self-service tools.
Usability workshops with seniors aged 60+ to validate the redesigns.
Pitched three proof-of-concepts to Deloitte's Government & Public Services leaders.
From 3,600 data points to three ideas
We went wide with seniors first, then narrowed down with insights and principles until only the strongest ideas were left.
01 Heuristic audits, jobs-to-be-done and workshops with seniors.

Three proof-of-concepts, one room of decision-makers
proof-of-concepts pitched to Deloitte's Government & Public Services leaders.
- Grounded in 12 research insights
- Checked against 8 senior-focused principles
- Validated with 10 seniors aged 60+
The concepts themselves stay under NDA.

What I'm taking with me
Designing for a range of abilities, not an average, is what makes a flow clear.
Eight shared principles gave eighteen people the same yardstick.
Most of my job was keeping the problem the same for everyone.
